Tom Daley showed off his chiselled abs on Wednesday as he shared with his fans his latest knitting masterpiece, crafted during the Paris Olympics.

The Team GB diver, 30, who regularly knits at the Olympics while cheering on his teammates in diving events, took to his Instagram to show off an jumper he recently knitted.

At the start of the video, Tom showed off his chiselled abs as he held up a blue knitted jumper which boasted the words Paris and an embroidered Eiffel Tower at the chest to symbolise the A in Paris.

He also embroidered his initials on the sleeves and knitted several England and French flags at the hem before adding his last name Daley on the back.

During the video, he said: 'Hey everyone, It's Tom here and I just wanted to do the reveal of my sweater that I've been making while being here in Paris.'

The Team GB diver, 30, who regularly knits at the Olympics while watching diving events, took to his Instagram to show off an extravagant jumper he recently knitted

'You've got Paris 24 on the front with the French and British flags on the bottom and Daley on the back.'

'I'll show you some of the details, look at this, so what we've got here is the TD on the sleeve like so, and I've got number five for Olympics number five on the other sleeve.'

'I went with the red white and blue theme and then Daley on the back, it's nice and boxy fit, comfy, it's far too hot to be wearing this in Paris but yeah I thought I'd do a little reveal of all the things that I've been making.'

'It's always so fun to be able to have this as a little bit of a memory from my time here in Paris but I think it's cute.'

It comes after Tom's husband Dustin Lance Black took to Instagram with a slew of sweet family snaps as they celebrated the diver's Olympic win in Paris on Monday.

They dressed their adorable sons Robbie, six, and Phoenix 16-months, in T-shirts that read 'That's My Papa' with a photo of Tom, while proudly watching from the stand as he and Noah Williams took home silver in the synchronised 10m platform final.

Tom beamed while showing off his medal and cuddled up to his youngest son before eldest Robbie could be seen proudly draped in a Union Jack flag.

In another snap Oscar winner Dustin, 50, choked back tears following his husband of seven-year's epic triumph.

At the start of the video, Tom showed off his chiselled abs in a pair of light blue denim jeans as he tried on the jumper

The impressive jumper boasted the word Paris and featured an embroidered Eiffel Tower at the chest to symbolise the A in Paris

He captioned the post: 'Spectacularly special day'.

Fans and famous friends rushed to the comments section, with Tom's sports partner Noah posting a red heart, while Ricky Martin followed with applause emojis.

Actress Laverne Cox said: 'Beautiful seeing the family supporting Britain's most decorated Olympic diver. Congratulations to you all.'

While Rosie O'Donnell commented: 'Just beautiful Lance - Bravo.'

Drag Race Icon Peppermint wrote: 'I'm so proud of both of you.'

And Bravo's Andy Cohen added: 'LOVE THESE PICS WOW.'

Tom and Dustin welcomed their sons via surrogacy and previously revealed they fertilised half of the eggs each - meaning they did not know which one of them was their children's biological father.

It comes after the athlete revealed it was a 'bonus' winning his Olympic silver medal with his son Robbie proudly watching, after reversing his retirement to compete in his fifth games.

He also embroidered his initials on the sleeves and knitted several England and French flags at the hem

To complete the jumper, Tom embroidered his last name in bold white letters at the back

The diver had previously revealed that he would be returning to competitive diving after his eldest son asked to watch him compete in the Olympic Games.

Speaking to Sam Quek on The Capital Evening Show With Jimmy Hill, Tom shared that little Robbie was his inspiration to win another medal at the Olympics in Paris.

He said: 'This year has felt like a bonus really. 19 months ago, I was sitting on my sofa doing nothing, and deciding to come back because my son – he wanted to see me at the Olympics.'

'And now to be here with a silver medal, to be diving with Noah and, you know, to be diving in front of my family, it was really special.'

As Sam asked: 'So that was Robbie who said that?' Tom added: 'Yeah, it was Robbie.'

Sam asked: 'So what happened? So, Phoenix is that age now where they're just starting to learn how to talk – what are you going to do if they decide to say the same thing?'

Tom then continued: 'Robbie has already cashed in his token – he doesn't get another one!'

'But I don't know about Phoenix. Who knows? I don't know if Phoenix will ever remember me being a diver because he's only 16 months.'

'He's actually 16 months today. He won't really remember it, but we'll have lots of photos. He did throw his juice bottle at me in the mix zone from the balcony, but yeah, it was really sweet to have them there.'

Tom won silver in the 10m synchronized platform event with Noah Williams, who planted a kiss on his teammate's cheek during the medal ceremony at the Aquatics Centre on the third day of the games.

Robert, who was named after Tom's late father, was also draped with a Union Flag during his dad's fifth Olympics, the first coming in 2008 when he was just 14.

Tom won his first medal, a bronze at London 2012, followed by a second at Rio 2016.

And he went on to win gold and bronze at the Tokyo Games in 2021.

Tom had married American screenwriter Dustin Lance Black in 2017.

After Tokyo he moved to the USA with their two sons and effectively retired from diving, but he returned to the sport in 2023, after a two-year break, and started competing with new dive partner Noah Williams.
