All Creatures Great and Small fans will get to tune into the beloved show on Netflix in the coming weeks.

Based on a series of books by Alf Wight under the pen name of James Herriot, the first TV series ran from 1978 until 1990.

It was then rebooted in 2020, with the first season coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the publication of the first book in the series.

Set in 1930s Northern England, the series follows a trio of vets working in the Yorkshire Dales – Siegfried Farnon (Samuel West), James Herriot (Nicholas Ralph) and Tristan Farnon (Callum Woodhouse).

The second season aired in 2021, with the third coming in 2022 and the fourth airing last year.

Two more seasons have been confirmed, with Callum set to make his return after not appearing in the latest.

Posting on X, Callum posted a tweet to his 7,000 followers from user Emma Carroll, who shared a screenshot of the show appearing on her Netflix account in the ‘coming soon’ section.
