It comes after Samantha and Sammy Root were spotted putting on a very cosy display at the star-studded White Fox bash in London last month.
The pair chatted intently and leaned into each other before the hunk wrapped his arm, which is in plaster, on the leggy stunner's waist.
They appeared on separate series of the ITV2 show with Samantha, 26, being dumped from the villa last month, while Sammy, 23, won the show in 2023 with ex Jess Harding.

Samantha was dumped from the show after TOWIE star, Joey Essex, 33, recoupled with his ex Grace Jackson days after she entered the Mallorca villa.
Herself and Joey were coupled up for two weeks prior to Grace's entrance and the blonde beauty had clearly started to gain feelings for the star.

Lynne, her mother, publicly shamed Joey after he 'ruined' the scouser's time in the villa which left viewers demanding 'justice'.
After ITV posted a snap of Joey looking slump by the firepit on the show's Instagram, Lynne commented on the post: 'You ruined by daughters 2weeks in the villa [heartbroken emoji] (sic)'.
The comment attracted nearly 100 likes in a matter of minutes before Samantha replied with a savage swipe at the reality TV star.
Samantha quipped: 'yes lynne he is a discrace (sic)'
