While livestreaming Dota 2 in front of thousands of fans, a missile exploded just outside streamer Stariy Bog’s house, as he confirms there were victims.
War is still raging between Russia and Ukraine, after the former invaded the latter in February 2022, and it doesn’t appear likely to end anytime soon, as the largest air bombardment since the conflict began fell on Ukraine earlier this week.
One Ukrainian Twitch streamer caught footage of a missile exploding just outside his house, shaking the room he was in.
Fortunately he wasn’t hurt, but the streamer is certain that there were victims, as he says the missile hit a ‘civilian facility’ nearby.
‘As many of you have already seen, right on the stream, a Russian missile flew into a civilian facility in my city. Very close to me.
‘There is no information about the victims yet, but unfortunately, there are definitely victims. I sympathise with all the victims and their relatives,’ said Stariy Bog on Telegram.
A clip of the exact moment the missile landed is being shared on social media, which shows just how close it was to Bog’s house.
The streamer confirmed it later on his telegram, he is safe but unfortunately there were casualties.

Bog was playing Dota 2, which is his favourite game, in front of thousands of viewers when it happened.
In the clip, the fire from the explosion can be seen reflected through a window, before the shocked streamer leaves the room.
Bog, who has amassed almost 400,000 followers on Twitch, hasn’t streamed or posted on Telegram since.
