Oasis fans are scrambling to nab tickets to the group’s 2025 reunion tour this morning, as the general sale began today.
Tickets for the UK tour dates went on general sale at 9am today (Saturday 31 August) and are available from ticketmaster.co.uk, gigsandtours.com, and seetickets.com. Dublin tickets went on sale from 8am the same day from www.ticketmaster.ie.
Soon after tickets went on sale in Ireland, fans began reporting that sites including Ticketmaster had “crashed”, sharing screenshots that appeared to show error messages popping up as they attempted to make their transactions.
Oasis have issued a warning against reselling tickets at inflated prices on websites not linked to their promoter, saying they will be “cancelled”. Moments after the presale on Friday, some tickets were listed for thousands of pounds on secondary ticketing sites such as StubHub and Viagogo.
The British rock band announced their long-awaited reunion on Tuesday (27 August), with brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher set to join one another onstage for the first time since their split in 2009.
The band announced additional dates in Manchester, London and Edinburgh earlier this week, due to overwhelming demand.

Ticket reseller Viagogo has defended having Oasis tickets on sale for inflated prices as a “legal” practice, after the band warned concertgoers that passes bought outside of the official websites Ticketmaster and Twickets will be cancelled.
Cris Miller, Viagogo global managing director, told the PA news agency: “This is a dream event anticipated by millions worldwide.
“Our number-one tip for fans using secondary marketplaces is to continue to check prices outside of the first few weeks of sale.
“Demand will be at its peak when tickets hit the on-sale but it’s not a normal reflection of what tickets can and will go for. Just this summer tickets for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in the UK sold on our platform for as low as £80.
“In the case of Oasis – a highly anticipated event – we saw the primary sites struggling to manage demand even before the on-sale, and site crashes.
“We know fans are frustrated with the process and we know there is a better way. We continue to support industry collaboration to ensure the entire ticketing market works for fans and the live entertainment industry.
“Resale is legal in the UK and fans are always protected by our guarantee that they will receive their tickets in time for the event or their money back.”

Have Oasis tickets sold out?
Ticketmaster says millions of fans are still queueing to try and get their hands on Oasis tickets... how long before they’re sold out?
Tickets have now been on sale for around an hour and a half, with many fans sharing their successes on social media. Others have given up trying, after failing to access the queue or otherwise struggling to complete payment.
Oasis today reshared their warning that tickets being resold at highly inflated prices on sites such as Viagogo or StubHub risk being cancelled, as the only official resale channels are through Ticketmaster and Twickets.

Oasis fans face a struggle to secure general sale tickets for the band's comeback tour as booking websites experienced outages.
Manchester-based promoter SJM Concerts' website Gigs and Tours faced issues even before tickets went on sale for the UK shows at 9am.
The site displayed messages saying: “Please bear with us. At the moment there are a lot of people on the site looking for tickets, so we have put a queuing system in place, which is completely normal.
“This page will refresh automatically and we'll get you where you want to be as soon as a space opens up. Thank you for your patience!”
Similar issues were encountered on the ticketmaster.ie page for the two shows at Dublin's Croke Park, which went on sale at 8am.
Instead of a page opening to buy tickets, an error number was displayed, which usually indicates a webpage is unable to handle any more connections.
The same issue was reported by some UK fans for ticketmaster.co.uk.
However, the page refreshed after a period to tell concertgoers that they were in queue, and “when it's your turn, you will automatically be able to browse events and shop for tickets”.
A spokeswoman for Ticketmaster denied the website had crashed, and advising that customers “to hold their place in line”.
A similar error was visible at gigsinscotland.com/artist/oasis as Scottish fans tried to get onto the website for the Edinburgh shows.
The tickets.seetickets.com/tour/oasis weblink, where you can book for several UK dates, also appeared unavailable.
A message said: “Our website is very busy! We have lots of people looking for tickets and you are being held on this page until a space becomes available. This page will refresh automatically.”
Some Oasis ticket hopefuls also reported being “suspended” by Ticketmaster UK and Ireland after it accused them of being “bots”.
Staff at the ticket-selling website replied on X, formerly Twitter, through its customer service account, saying: “Please make sure you are only using one tab, clear your cookies, and ensure you aren't using any VPN software on your device.”
It also shared a link with its guide on “how to improve your chances for getting popular tickets”.

Sales of Oasis’s back catalogue have surged by more than six times the number the previous week, amid huge demand ahead of their comeback concert tickets going on sale, according to HMV.
The entertainment retailer said it also witnessed a jump in pre-orders for the band’s 30th anniversary edition of their Definitely Maybe album, which was released on Friday.
HMV said the announcement has sparked demand for the band’s back catalogue and its latest release.
This week, sales across its full catalogue of records and CDs was 526% higher than during the previous week at HMV.
Sales of their Definitely Maybe LP rose by 443% week on week, while What’s The Story (Morning Glory) and Knebworth 1996 rose 684% and 209% respectively.
The retailer added that pre-orders for Oasis’s 30th anniversary edition of Definitely Maybe were double compared with where they were a week earlier.
