Speaking to The Sun, she responded 'no' both times when asked if she was engaged to Michael or planned to marry down the line.

Giving her reasons for her refusal, she went on: 'That’s not even on the table, it’s just not. He’s been [married before] so we both just feel like we are happy, let’s not rock the boat. Let’s just keep things on the down-low.

'We’re not interested. I knew Michael for so many years [before we got together] that there were no questions to ask like that. I know him. It was easy.'

Shutting down any further questions about her love life, Davina concluded by saying: 'I love Michael. And I always feel like it’s too precious to just talk about in public. I just want to keep it for me.'

Davina and Michael were old friends and first met when he styled her hair during her Big Brother presenting days.

Last January, Davina confirmed that she and Michael moved in together, and the couple had already begun making 'new traditions.'

The Masked Singer judge revealed that her hairdresser beau moved into her home before Christmas 2022, and they watched The King's Speech together with Davina's sister Rebecca.

Speaking on their podcast Making The Cut, Davina - who went public with Michael in the summer of 2019 - admitted: 'I am quite enjoying as a new couple doing new things, because we are newly living together.

'It's quite nice making new traditions because we did that before Christmas, we sat down together and talked about it: ''Ok, blank space, what shall we make tradition from now on?''

Meanwhile, a month later Davina revealed that she makes Michael check in with her on nights out via a video app when she's not there.

Speaking on their podcast, the TV star revealed hairdresser Michael will send short video messages to his loved one providing updates on his evening.

While insisting she's not the 'jealous' type, Davina said that having the check-ins from the night out make her feel comfortable.

She explained: 'When Michael goes out without me, which I get the most FOMO [fear of missing out] from, usually I just invite myself and just come.

'It's a simple app where you just record a message and the person can watch it live or whenever they like... to receive a video message is nicer I think than a written message.

'And throughout the night I get five ten second messages from you getting more and more drunk and cute sort of checking in and saying, ''hey we're having a great time, going here, Sam is going to join us,'' she said.

'In the morning, it made me feel included and also I think if left to my own devices, I would imagine you met up with the cast of Moulin Rouge or the box or [went to] a sex club,' she said with a laugh.

She insisted: 'I'm not a jealous person and I don't get funny if you go out, but it is nice to be part of it.'
