Madonna took a tumble while arriving late to the Luar Spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear fashion show on Tuesday evening.

The superstar, 66, made a grand entrance during the New York Fashion Week show and narrowly avoided falling flat on her face after tripping in her very tall stiletto heels.

In fan-taken footage, the musician — who was modeling a pair of over-the-knee, boots with narrow and thin heels — was seen grabbing onto her security guard's jacket for balance at the very last second.

Fortunately, he was walking right in front of her within arm's reach as her assistant was behind her, holding up the long train of her dramatic and bizarre dress.

Her entrance appeared to be one of the last as almost everyone else had already taken their seats, so it was noticeable when the Queen of Pop tripped on the empty runway.

Afterwards, she seemingly tried to pretend like the misstep never happened and walked quickly to her seat.

After the blunder and the fashion show, Madonna was seen exiting Rockefeller Plaza in New York City wearing not one but two pairs of sunglasses at once.

She was going to Emilio's Ballato restaurant to grab dinner at the end of her evening.

For the show and for her night on the town, the Material Girl hitmaker wore a camel brown trench coat-inspired dress with a long, floor-sweeping train and dramatic shoulder pads.

The unique garb was left unbuttoned at the bottom to showcase the heels that had nearly caused her to fall on the runway.

She carried a briefcase-inspired purse with structured circle handles.

For an even edgier look, Madonna wore black, latex opera gloves and put on her rings on top.

She layered a pair of oversize square glasses over gray, cat-eye shades and was dripping in silver jewels on her neck.

Later, she shared a TikTok clip of herself in her car as she jammed out to BIA's WHOLE LOTTA MONEY.

She nodded her head to the beat as the song played on her car radio.

'I don't hang with jealous b***hes, that's a wеak disease / H*, don't run up (H*, don't run up) / If you broke and in my businеss, then just shut up (Shh),' BIA rapped in the song.

Missing from the action was Madonna's new toyboy Akeem, 28, with whom she spent time with in New York City on Monday.

And while she made a solo appearance at the Luar show, her eldest daughter Lourdes Leon, 27, has also been enjoying the fashion festivities in the Big Apple.
