Gigi Hadid gave her daughter Khai a whimsical 4th birthday filled with love and a lot of cake!
On Thursday, September 19, Hadid, 29, took to Instagram to post a birthday tribute for Khai, 4, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik. The supermodel posted a carousel with a mixture of 17 precious photos celebrating her little one, including pictures from Khai's Baby Yoda themed party, which included a craft table, bouncy house, and a decadent cake that read "May the FOURce be with you." It's fair to say Khai is a fan of the outdoors, as Hadid included snaps of the toddler riding a horse with a rainbow mane, playing in the dirt, and hanging in the ocean.
The Los Angeles native detailed her daughter's favorite activities in the caption. "Our girl is 4 today and we celebrated all week!!! She loves animals (fantastical ones too), music, baby yoda, all things nature & bugs, Descendants, anything squishy or miniature, and if possible- will be in the water from dawn til dusk. 🐬 She is curious, adventurous, loving, and oh so witty ⚡️⚡️," Hadid wrote.
The runway model expressed her love for Khai and what an amazing journey motherhood has been before concluding with a little Yoda pun. "Thank you for the four best years of my life- you remind me to live life to the fullest every day,in the most simple & beautiful ways. Malik, 31, also made an Instagram post to commemorate his daughter's special day. The singer posted a sweet photo of him holding Khai in his arms at the beach and expressed his love for her in the caption.
"Happy birthday to the most important person in my life, I love you more than words allow me to express, beyond proud to call you my daughter.. grateful for every second I get to spend next to you, as you become the incredible person I know you already are," the former One Direction member wrote. "Four years ago today my life changed forever and I wouldn't be the man I am today without you."
