Kerry Katona has cancelled her plans for a Las Vegas wedding following a desperate plea from her children.

The TV star and her fiance Ryan Moloney had previously shared their intentions to get hitched in Sin City, but have since ditched the idea.

It comes after Kery’s eldest daughters Molly, 22, and Lilly, 21, who she shares with Westlife singer Brian McFadden, told their mother they weren’t happy with the Vegas plans.

‘Ryan and I were looking to go to Vegas to finally get married,’ she said, opening up on her wedding plans after Ryan popped the question in 2020.

She wrote in her OK! magazine column: ‘Molly and Lilly said “Don’t you dare do that without us,” I told them they’d already been at too many of my weddings.

‘That put those plans on the back burner, so I think we’re going to Mexico now. I just want somewhere really relaxing, especially after our stressful house move.’

Kerry has tied the knot three times, first with McFadden in 2002 before the pair shockingly split in 2004.

She began dating taxi driver Mark Croft in 2005, with them getting married in 2007 and welcoming two children, Heidi, 17, and Maxwell Mark, 15.

Kerry split with Mark in 2011 and went on to marry rugby player George Kay in 2014, giving birth to her fifth child Dylan-Jorge, 10, in the same year.

A year later, Kerry and George split following his alleged assault on her at their Crowborough home. He died in 2019, with Kerry expressing her complicated feelings over his passing.

She started dating Ryan in 2018, and their relationship has gone from strength to strength ever since.

Kerry previously opened up on giving him a ‘pass’ to have a baby with someone else, should he wish, now that she cannot see herself having more children.

‘I don’t want to deprive him. In fact, I’ve given him a pass and said, “If this is something you want to pursue, leave me now!” she told OK! magazine.

‘I never want someone to not have that feeling of having their own child. But I feel like I should be enough for a man.

‘Maybe many moons ago I’d have done it for a man, but not anymore. Me and my kids should be enough for Ryan, and actually, I know we are.’
