At least 13 people are stuck mid-air on a 360 degree spinning rollercoaster.

Thrill-seekers are stuck on the spinning Vortex ride at Sea World on Australia’s Gold Coast.

Rescue crews are working to bring the passengers back to safety.

The ride, which can hit 30 km per hour, jammed around 30m off the ground at 3pm local time.

A Sea World spokesman said: ‘The Vortex at Sea World is currently experiencing a standard ride stoppage.

‘All 13 guests on-board are safe and our team are communicating with them as we prepare to exit them from the ride.’
