Shia LaBeouf shocked onlookers at an Edinburgh pub as he prepared to fight them, shouting ‘I’m right here mother f****r.’

The Transformers star, 36, was reportedly heard shouting ‘let’s go’ to a group of men outside the OX184 bar in Edinburgh on Saturday.

Footage shows the Hollywood icon raising his fists after throwing his cap on the floor, with two men holding him back.

Dressed in a black jacket and grey jeans, LaBeouf can be seen walking up and down the street outside the pub while shouting at one of the men.

A bar worker said they saw the Disturbia actor in the Whislebinkies pub the previous day and he was ‘nothing but nice’ to those around him.

‘He was in there on the Friday. He was nothing but nice to people in there,’ they told The Sun.

‘Everyone said he was nothing but lovely. Apparently the stuff that happened in the video was the day after.

‘I knew something had kicked off, but something kicks off in the Cowgate every day.’

LaBeouf is in the city as his wife Mia Goth films for Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming Frankenstein film.

This incident is the latest in a series of controversies involving the Holes star, with his former partner FKA Twigs requesting $10 million (£7.58 million) in damages from the actor amid ongoing abuse and sexual battery lawsuit.

The pair dated for just under a year after meeting on the set of 2019 film Honey Boy.

Twigs, real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett, filed the lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend citing ‘relentless abuse’ in December 2020.

In the lawsuit the Cellophane artist accused the Hollywood star of sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress.

The 36-year-old claims LaBeouf slammed her into a car, tried to strangle her and knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease.

LaBeouf and his legal representation have denied ‘each and every allegation’.

Speaking to Vogue about the relationship, Twigs said she thought ‘I’d be sad for six months to a year, and then one day I’d wake up and everything would be fine.

‘But the fact is being abused changes the whole of your nervous system.’

In an interview with New York Times after the lawsuit was filed, LaBeouf said: ‘I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years.

‘I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say.’
