The family photo, which appeared to be taken outside of the Dancing with the Stars studio, features Spelling in the middle of all of her kids, wearing a white sequin dress she wore for her first dance. Her two eldest kids, Liam and Stella, are on one side, and her two middle kids, Hattie and Finn, on the other, while little Beau stands in front.

The Scary Movie 2 actress posted a heartfelt caption about how she embarked on this dance journey to show her kiddos that they can accomplish whatever they want to. "Here's my WHY... my 5 babies coming to see me perform LIVE on DWTS! Showing my kids that at any point or age you can push past your fears and believe in yourself!," Spelling wrote.

The '90s icon — who is partnered with professional ballroom dancer Pasha Pashkov went on to explain how learning to dance and perform in front of an audience has been a major challenge but is so worth it.

"This so far has been the hardest, yet one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I danced to my personal anthem, 'Trust Fall' with my amazing partner @pashapashkov. I've never had any dance experience, training, or lessons," Spelling wrote. "I do not workout (except hustling and taking care of 5 kiddos), and I have a huge fear of performing in front of an audience. But, I'm doing it! I'm putting my heart and soul into this journey. I'm finding ME! The ballroom is my therapy. ♥️ Having the time of my life."

Spelling ended her post by sharing how great it is to find her self-worth and show her kids and the public what that looks like. "So proud of that young version of myself who was shy, fearful, insecure, and didn't feel worthy. Finding your worth is POWERFUL!" the reality star emphasized."Thank you @dancingwiththestars for this opportunity to do this for myself, my kids, and everyone out there who has ever felt this way about themselves. I dance for @dancingwiththestars season 33 for all of us. 💃 xo."
